I am a skilled clothing designer with 20 years experience in the field.

 

For the past two years I have been living in Johor Bahru, Malaysia where I worked as a Lecturer in Fashion Design at Raffles University Iskandar.

 

My career had until then been primarily based around having my own brand creating women´s clothing.

 

Since 2007 I have been seeking to upgrade my design and management skills, my theoretical and technical knowledge of design. I have achieved a master’s degree in design from the Danish Centre for Design Research and since 2009 I have been studying E-design at The Copenhagen School of Design and Technology.

 

The strongest insight I´ve learnt from my recent studies is, that good design is an answer to a question. Which means, a need exists, and my job is to define it and create a solution which meets that need in the best possible way.
